    Watch out for hidden charges... rent rooms directly from UNIT owners themselves.. never thru the leasing office otherwise you get charged for utilities BIG time. Unit owners generally include all fees in their monthly payments. Know what you're signing before renting a unit, make sure you have the contract checked out first.

    strategically located. has gym, pool, bowling alley, golf putting area, playground, billiard hall, tennis court, table tennis, spas, salons, laundromats, dining establishments, banks. strict security. 2 towers allow pets. the only thing that makes commercially leasing or residing in this place unpleasant & frustrating is dealing with Pioneer Highlands North admin. they should attach the word BUREAU or CITY HALL ANNEX to the name of their office.
